The Friends of the Museums and Monuments of Padua (Amici dei Musei e dei Monumenti) is an association born from a passion for the city's artistic and historical heritage. Padua holds unique treasures: from Giotto's Scrovegni Chapel to the Basilica of Saint Anthony, from the Botanical Garden, the oldest in the world, to the palaces and squares that tell of centuries of history, art and learning.
Finally, we would like to mention the fresco cycles of “Padua Urbs picta”, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 24 July 2021.
Joining us means becoming part of a community of curious people who share the pleasure of looking, understanding and caring for beauty.
We accompany our members and visitors from all over the world as they discover these places, through guided tours, meetings, lectures and cultural events.
We want to make Padua and its surroundings better known, beyond the most familiar routes, to enhance its museums and monuments and to help protect them.
We organise guided tours, events, educational activities and restorations.
Forms to sign up for individual activities, and to join the association and regularly receive our calendar of events.
